One of the most important thing a parent to can do to support any child whether they are in business or not is to praise them. Because I am a bit of a perfectionist, PRAISE is not an easy thing for me – giving or receiving. I have had to work at it from both ends! No all kids are audio learners nor do all feel loved with verbal affirmation but I do believe the Ability to PRAISE is a tool everyone wants in their Tool Kit for Life.
