By interning with Raising CEO Kids, you will not only learn about being a youth entrepreneur, you will gain valuable experience that will assist you in securing future educational opportunities as well as getting a job or starting your own business.
The Raising CEO Kids website is in large part run by actual tweens, teens and 20-somethings! You could be one of them!

Raising CEO Kids Mission:
- Use real life experiences to help tweens and teens become successful young entrepreneurs and give parents the “best practices” and resources to support them in raising CEO kids.
- Create Excellent Opportunities for raising business-minded kids through mentoring, enjoyable education, recommendations to resources, and exciting hands-on educational activities in financial literacy and entrepreneurship.
Our Principles:
- Instilling confidence in children through successful experiential learning is our number one priority.
- We believe that tweens and teens can be successful in discovering their gifts and talents and can turn them into profitable streams of income.
- We know that each individual is unique in their talents and needs. We use a successful and proprietary format, and then work hard to personalize each internship to meet the specific needs of each child.
What Makes Raising CEO Kids Different:
- Parents AND Kids: We are real parents as well as real kids, creating and finding content on young entrepreneurship/business, financial literacy, parenting, and more.
- Authentic: Everything shared on Raising CEO Kids is based on real experience instead of theory!
- Unique: We have very definitive twist on youth entrepreneurship and parenting because we combine BOTH instead of focusing on one or the other.
- All-Around-Support: We are one of the few companies that supports not only young entrepreneurs but also the parents raising them! We have webinars, videos, online classes, live events, podcasts, and mentoring for parents, teachers, teens, tweens, kids and those supporting young entrepreneurs.
- Exclusive: We maintain high standards for the interns we accept into our programs to make sure that they are just as committed to the program as we are.

Why Our Internships Rock
We are an extremely forward thinking company founded by Sarah Cook because she couldn’t find the resources she and her husband needed to raise their kids as entrepreneurs. We love providing the one-stop-resource for the combination of parenting support and entrepreneurship education.
Our interns gain amazing writing and journalism practice and social media marketing experience by interning for Raising CEO Kids. We teach cutting-edge practices for working and learning in a digital environment and offer great experience and best-practices for working in a digital office, which is the future!
- In writing the book, The Parents’ Guide to Raising CEO Kids, we discovered that youth unemployment has reached an all time high. We aim to change this statistic by giving tweens/teens valuable “work” experience that will help them build their resume. We will also encourage them in starting their own business rather than relying on someone else to offer them a job.
- Resume Building: We know that getting into college is becoming more and more competitive. We strive to give tween/teen interns a strategic advantage to their resume by interning with Raising CEO Kids. For those who are not interested in gaining a collegiate degree, we seek to inspire tween/tween interns to start their own businesses and become CEO Kids.
- Letters of Recommendations and Referrals: Dr. Jerry Cook and Sarah Cook often write or give recommendations for interns for other jobs, college applications, scholarships, and programs.
- Portfolio Building: For writers/journalists, this is a way to get your name and ideas published. We have many publishers, authors and editors who read our content and request interviews with our writers and experts.
